1. Acceptance

BibleVerse is operated by BIBLEVERSE, LLC("we"). By using the app or website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. User account

• You must provide truthful information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

• Processing: purchases are managed by Google Play (Android) and App Store (iOS), subject to their billing and refund policies.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew unless you cancel them at least 24 hours in advance.
• Management: you can manage or cancel your plan from your account in the corresponding store.
• Prices: prices may vary by region, currency, and taxes.
• Refunds: can only be requested directly from Google Play or App Store.

4. Acceptable use

The following are prohibited:

• Using the service for illegal or harmful activities.
• Accessing systems or data without authorization.
• Infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
• Harassing, defaming, or posting offensive or hateful content.

5. User content

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant us a worldwide and limited license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

6. Intellectual property

BibleVerse, its logo, and original content are property of BIBLEVERSE, LLC. They may not be used without prior written authorization.

7. Spiritual guidance

The content is devotional and educational. It does not constitute professional, medical, psychological, or legal advice.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or cancel your access in case of breach of these Terms or for security/legal reasons.

10. Minimum age

BibleVerse is intended for people 13 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

11. Apple conditions

For iOS users, the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple Standard EULA also apply.

12. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
